IntegriFS

To put it simply, you give IntegriFS some disks. You put some data on there. IntegriFS will take care of that data as best it can with the disks you give it. If a disk fails, it’ll shuffle the data around to work around the missing disk. If a disk develops bad sectors, it’ll detect the damage and recover the damaged data from redundant copies. If you accidentally delete some files, it’ll let you rewind the filesystem and recover those files. It’s the simplest, best way for small businesses and individuals to have failsafe storage without the expense and hassle of backup tapes and traditional RAID arrays.
